From the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, which is renowned for it’s fine coffees. This fully washed coffee is of very limited crop and the majority tends to be shipped to the gourmet market of Japan.

The individual character of the cup makes this quality stand out against other speciality coffees, it is described as ‘fine body with light, acid rich flavour’.
